It rides on a cushion of air created by pressurized air blowing downward into the rubber air-skirt, specially designed to “seal” with the ground. Two powerful aircraft-style props provide propulsion and steering.
It blasts over most any level surface flat and smooths enough to “ keep the air in”-floor, pavement, dirt and water.
